You will express your most transferable career defining achievements in more detail than a traditional resume allows. This document also gives you a platform to discuss these achievements and how you can implement similar results for your potential employer. Your key initiatives page is a most powerful leave-behind document, which reminds decision makers about your potential and reinforces the unique value you bring to the table.

As with all of the GMG documents in your portfolio, your Key Initiatives will go through a two-step quality review and proofing process.
